Unosquare Acquires Catalyst UX in Silicon Valley, California
PORTLAND, October 31, 2022 — Unosquare, one of the largest independent nearshore digital transformation companies announces its acquisition of Silicon Valley based Catalyst UX (“Catalyst”), a leading digital experience agency focused on the healthcare, life sciences, and FinTech markets. Catalyst will complement Unosquare’s over 1,000 delivery professionals and global operations across three continents.
The acquisition is a key part of Unosquare’s strategy to provide its clients with the highest quality nearshore and onshore delivery of digital transformation and product engineering services.
