Chief Experience Officer
Paul is considered one of the most experienced UX application architects in the world, having led the design of over 500 software applications. He began his user experience career at Apple working on media-rich, learning environments for children. Paul’s passion for medical and life sciences began while working at HP Medical Products (Agilent). He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Head of UX Design
Rebecca Davila is a leading User Interface/User Experience designer with over ten years of experience designing web, native mobile, hybrid, and desktop applications within Agile methodology frameworks. She leads the Catalyst Medical and Life Science practice and has successfully delivered projects for Roche, Thermo Fisher, Bio-Rad and other emerging organizations. Her skill set encompasses UX Research, Interaction Design, Visual Design and User Validation. She has a degree in architecture from the University of Mexico.
Head of UI Engineering
Zach is responsible for providing technical strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of UI development provided for clients. He additionally brings specialized experience in transaction-based software, collaboration systems, and streaming media. Prior to joining Catalyst, Zach held senior-level software development positions for numerous technology companies.
